Send a Thanksgiving Email to Your Database with BoldTrail PRO!

Hey, good morning everyone. Today is Wednesday, it's the day before Thanksgiving, and we've communicated this in pulse before, but I just want to do a quick video. So feel free to pause when you need to because I'm going to go fast on how to send out the pre-written, ready-to-go Thanksgiving emails to your database.

I'm in Bold Trail over here on the left. I'm going to click on "Marketing," and then once I'm in here, I'm going to be looking for "Schedule Mass Email." Here is on my screen: "Schedule Mass Emails - Create and schedule emails to send to a select group of contacts."

I'm going to click "Started" at the top right-hand corner. It's a little bit off the camera here, I apologize. Let's switch cameras. So right up here at the top, you're going to see the "Send Email" button. We're going to go to "Schedule Email," we're going to click on that, and the first thing we want to do is decide who we want to send this to.

One of the easiest ways is I would just recommend sending to your contacts with specific statuses. I always like to send it to my sphere, my prospects, my active folk, my client, my contract, and my closed. I don't send this to my new leads because we haven't established a dialogue at all with those brand-new leads.

Next, I'll go over to the date. So if I want to send this on Thanksgiving, I'll pick that for the date and pick the time that I want to send this. Then I'm going to come over here, and in the template section on the left-hand side, I'm just going to type in "Thanksgiving."

Here is the one - whenever you see "C21 E-EN," you know that something from The Brokerage is going to be branded and perfect. You don't have to do anything to it. "EN" stands for English, "ES" would be Spanish. It automatically populates the subject, and it's automatically going to pull in the email. It's going to put their first name in, so when it goes out, the contact's first name will appear there. Your photo will automatically appear there, and all of your contact information will automatically appear.

You have to do nothing. All you have to do at this point, literally, is make sure "Include assigned agent signature" is off because we have it built into the template for you, and then click "Schedule."

So literally: pick who you want to send it to, the date, the time, find the template, make sure the assigned agent signature is off (toggle there to the left), click "Schedule" - you're done. It's that easy, and now you have an email ready to go out. In my case, it would go out tomorrow at noon.
