I know Donna Layton from church. We were talking about having to sell our house, so we could move back to NY, at church one Sunday and she mentioned she was a relator. This being the first house that I have ever sold, I was a little nervous. Donna made us feel comfortable and at ease. From start to finish it was about six weeks. We got we walked away with a little more than we hoped for too. Honestly she did all the hard work. She went above and beyound her call of duty. The day before we were to sign papers and leave the state of Florida, my 13 year old basset hound passed away. We had no where to stay to wait to get his remains back. When Donna found out she didn't hessitate to help us by picking him up from the animal hospital and getting him sent to us. You have a fabulos worker in Donna. I hope you treat her right. Darrick Cook was the best Real Estate Agent we have ever worked with! We reside in Wisconsin, and purchased our Second Home in Florida with the help of Darrick and when we first started the process, he showed us 10 homes on one Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, the first home we selected fell through, but Darrick went to Open Houses and Private Showings and sent us videos of 15 homes in the span of two months, and after another home fell through, we had less than two weeks to get under contract to ensure our timeline stayed on track, and Darrick found our dream Second Home less that three days later. Iain was so helpful for us especially as out of town buyers. He spent a considerable amount of time assisting in matters that were not mandatory and was very helpful as well as knowledgeable. When we initially began our search we found other brokers (that were contacted previous to Iain) to be dismissive. Iain was willing to communicate eve upon the initial contact without price of funds and his non-judgemental manner made him very easy to work with. We are so thankful for all of his time and efforts that made the this transaction go smoothly. Iain was persistent with the sellers broker who was very difficult to contact. After the inspection he also negotiated the price for the cost of repairs, which to us was minimal and may have perhaps been overlooked. His exact words were that "it can't hurt to try" and the total cost of repairs was deducted from the purchase price. He surely kept our best interests in mind throughout the process. We did not have interactions with other staff but I'm sure if Iain is a reflection of your office the performance is excellent Iain was very responsive and accommodating, performing virtual walk thrust and showing the same properties whenever we found time to travel to Kissimmee. We work with Iain previously on vacation home management and have came to trust him. He knows the location and the vacation home market extremely well.
