OUR VALUE PACKAGE
No matter what a brokerage offers, the real question is whether you are getting an overwhelming value for what your broker keeps. In the case of CENTURY 21 Edge, we provide our agents with over $50,000 in tools and resources. We believe that this represents an overwheling value for our agents and it is unmatched by any other brokerage in Florida.
80/20 BROKER SPLIT
You only pay a 20% broker split until you reach your annual cap then you don't pay any broker split for the remainder of the year!
$15K ANNUAL CAP
Once you've paid us $15,000 in broker split on agent generated business in a calendar year, you don't pay another penny towards broker split for the rest of the year
$99/MONTH
We ask our agents to invest $99 each month towards the tools and resources that the company provides.
REVENUE SHARE
We offer a very competitive revenue share program to our agents. When you refer an agent to our brokerage, we will pay you 10% of the broker split we earn from that agent for as long as that agent is with the brokerage.
