A nationally recognized talent acquisition expert, Pendleton has spent his career building high-performing teams, driving culture, and scaling growth strategies for some of the country’s most competitive sales and marketing organizations. His appointment signals CENTURY 21 Edge’s continued commitment to attracting and supporting the most driven real estate professionals in Central Florida and Tampa.

Prior to joining CENTURY 21 Edge, Pendleton served as Regional Director of Talent Acquisition at Bluegreen Vacations, where he led recruitment efforts across four states and maintained staffing levels between 95% and 128% of budget—contributing to a $175M+ revenue stream. His leadership earned him a coveted spot in the company’s President’s Club, awarded to just one director nationwide each year.

Pendleton also held senior recruiting roles with Wyndham Destinations and Diamond Resorts International, where he was known for designing scalable hiring systems, mentoring recruitment teams, and pioneering CRM/ATS rollouts that improved performance and speed-to-hire. His experience includes executive-level recruiting, budget planning, KPI development, and strategic forecasting across multi-site operations.

A certified Professional Recruiter and Social Media Recruiter, Pendleton holds multiple certifications in leadership and sourcing strategy, including credentials from AIRS, Social Talent, and Cornell University. His industry expertise is matched by a deep passion for real estate, shaped in childhood by weekend open house tours with his mom that sparked a lifelong fascination with homes and helping people reach their goals.

At CENTURY 21 Edge, Pendleton will lead all agent recruiting initiatives, with a focus on identifying passionate professionals who align with the brokerage’s high-performance culture and forward-thinking approach. He will also support the continued expansion of the company’s award-winning onboarding and coaching systems for newly affiliated agents.
