SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last updated 30 July 2026. These terms govern the text-message (SMS/MMS) program operated by Sunseria Real Estate Group, LLC d/b/a CENTURY 21 Edge. They supplement our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Who sends the messages

Messages are sent by or on behalf of Sunseria Real Estate Group, LLC d/b/a CENTURY 21 Edge, a licensed Florida real estate brokerage located at 12211 Regency Village Drive, Suite 3, Orlando, Florida 32821, and by the affiliated real estate professional responding to your request.

What messages you will receive

Property and listing alerts you asked for, saved-search updates, showing and appointment confirmations and reminders, responses to inquiries you submit, transaction and service updates, customer-care messages, and — only where you separately agree — market updates and promotional messages.

How you opt in

You join the program only by an affirmative act: checking the consent box on a form at century21edge.com (home valuation, contact, or property-search registration); texting one of our published keywords shown on a yard sign, postcard or advertisement; texting your agent first; or telling your agent directly, which they record with a dated note. We never message purchased or rented lists. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of buying or selling property or of receiving any brokerage service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the alerts you request and your activity with us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. CENTURY 21 Edge does not charge for the messages themselves.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message to be removed from the program. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT, ask your agent, or contact us using the details below. To rejoin, reply START.

Supported carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, Google Voice, and most other US carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier, network, device or service conditions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide. Tell us or opt out before you transfer or give up that number.

Privacy

No mobile information, telephone number, or text-messaging opt-in data will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Telephone numbers and text-messaging consent may be disclosed only to subcontractors and service providers acting on our behalf and in direct support of our own communications — for example our messaging platform, telecommunications carriers, or customer-support providers — and those providers are contractually prohibited from using the information for any other purpose. Not for emergencies

This program is not an emergency service. Do not use it for urgent safety, medical, law-enforcement or wire-fraud matters.
